Hydraulic Machine Skate

The Traksporter’s 23hp Kubota LPG engine powers a unique self-propelled hydraulic crawler unmatched in the 50-100 ton range. It offers smooth, remote-controlled operation with hydraulic steering, adjustable speeds up to 25 fpm, and a near-zero-turn radius for precise navigation. A 30-foot umbilical cord ensures flexible control, while a self-propelled power cart with a bidirectional joystick and operator seat enhances comfort and efficiency. Optional electric or diesel engines suit restricted environments, and a tool cart with accessories such as jacks, pumps, and cylinders set it apart.

A dedicated field engineer provides onsite demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Compact, Low-Profile Crawler

Low profile and compact (26 in. x 31 in. x 6.375 in.). Two skid steer steel tracks allow precision and control in near 360 degree turning.

Self-Propelled Power Cart

Allows the operator of the power cart to follow the move in comfort while controlling the umbilical cord and assisting with the move.

Wireless Remote

The Traksporter’s long-range wireless remote with a rechargeable battery ensures precise and safe operation. It boasts its twin paddle design, which features an emergency stop button, and two range setting with variable controls.

Umbilical Cord

30-foot-long hose bundle that delivers hydraulic oil to drive the crawler.

Powerful Propane Engine

Standard 23hp LPG unit with custom electric or diesel alternatives to meet your environmental requirement.

Built-in Crawler Storage:

The self-propelled crawler is driven into a built-in storage space at the bottom of the power cart, eliminating the need for additional storage space and handling of the crawler.

Turtleback (100 Package)

Any Hilman Traksporter system is upgradeable to a 100 ton moving capacity utilizing our Hilman Turtleback. It increases the load capacity of the standard crawler to 55 static tons (110,000 lbs).

  • Integrated carts customized to your specific requirements: jacking points, leveling feet, hydraulics, tiedowns, and bellies are just a few of our limitless options.
  • Custom-designed skate systems or support systems (e.g., wood crates) tailored to unique needs.  Height equalizers, locating pins, customer specified materials and certifications are all common options for Hilman’s users.
  • Turtlebacks, spherical bearings and rocker tops are common modifications to offer articulation when needed.
  • Electric or diesel power to meet environmental requirements.
