Battery Powered Heavy Load Moving Skate

The TK-EVO’s low-profile metal tracks and skid-steering enable precise navigation in tight spaces across data centers, manufacturing, aerospace, and more. Its 48VDC/60Ah lithium battery provides 3–5 hours of cordless, zero-emission operation. With wireless remote control, it handles up to 40-ton loads, outperforming forklifts and cranes in confined areas. Durable steel tracks offer the industry’s smallest footprint. Supported by expert technicians in Marlboro, NJ, it includes floor protection inserts and the TK-EVO-BOX for storage. Custom options like integrated carts and hydraulics are available.

TK-EVO BOX

The TKE40-BASIC-RB and BOX-R-TKEVO are expertly designed for optimal transport and storage, offering unmatched durability and convenience. Featuring a sturdy plastic case with a secure lid, these products ensure reliable protection for essential components. Key features include an external plug-in outlet to charge the spare battery without having to open box, a ramp for easy loading and unloading of the crawler, dedicated compartments for efficient organization, and retractable straps securely fasten the lid.

Floor Protection Tracks

The TriLON CP floor protection pads are designed to adapt the TK-EVO to a variety of flooring needs, maintaining its standard 6.4” height while safeguarding delicate surfaces. These pads withstand wear in high-friction applications, ensuring long-lasting performance. With high strength and rigidity, the protection pads maintain structural integrity under load-bearing conditions, while their hardness provides enhanced toughness for even the most demanding applications.

Wireless Control

Cord-free, the TK-EVO’s long-range wireless remote with a rechargeable battery ensures precise, safe operation for heavy load movement.

Low Profile & Small Footprint

The TK-EVO’s low-profile design and small footprint allow it to pass through low doors and perform in spaces where competitors cannot.

Swappable Battery

Swap the TK-EVO’s spare lithium battery under load using quick-connect pins, enabling extended, uninterrupted heavy load transport.

Quiet Operation

The TK-EVO’s whisper-quiet, emission-free operation eliminates noise, making it ideal for sensitive environments like data centers and clean rooms without requiring ear protection.

Tight Turning Radius

With a near-zero turning radius, the TK-EVO’s skid-steer steel tracks provide exceptional maneuverability for precise positioning in confined spaces.

Speed Settings

The system offers two speed settings with proportional control for both forward and reverse movement. The low-speed setting operates at 8 feet per minute (fpm) for precise control, while the high-speed setting reaches 12 feet per minute (fpm) for faster movement.

Battery

The system is powered by a 48VDC, 60Ah battery featuring a State of Charge (SOC) display. It offers an expected runtime of 3 to 5 hours under normal use and can be fully recharged in 1 hour using a standard 110V (220V available) single-phase outlet. Two batteries are included with the BASIC package.
