Built for Real-World Performance
Hilman took their best-in-class steel chain roller designs and integrated powerful electric motors. The result is a low-profile system — just 11.75 in (299 mm) overall height — that delivers smooth, reliable movement even in tight or challenging spaces where cranes, forklifts, and other equipment can’t go.
Each motorized or idler roller comes equipped with:
- Four 2.5 in (63.5 mm) Accu-Roll guides to guarantee straight-line travel
- A neoprene pre-load pad for optimal traction and load distribution
Smart, Safe & Mobile Control
The control panel is fully assembled and ready-to-use from the factory:
- Dual-axis servo motors
- All power and encoder cables included
- Rugged NEMA 4 steel enclosure
- Mounted on a mobile cart with casters and fork pockets for easy positioning
Operators control movement safely from a distance using the included pendant with E-stop (bi-directional on the 200-ton model).
