High-Capacity Steel-Chain Rollers for Versatile Use

Designed to work on level concrete or a similarly hard surface, Hilman’s FT, Nyton, and ERS Series rollers are engineered for strength, adaptability, and precision, catering to a wide range of heavy load moving applications:

• FT Series: Designed for rugged durability, the FT Series features steel chain action for reliable performance on concrete floors or track. With individual roller capacities up to 40 tons, these rollers are ideal for heavy industrial equipment and machinery moving. Available in multiple configurations, including swivel/locking padded, diamond, or smooth tops, they offer flexibility for straight or maneuverable paths.
• Nyton Series: Engineered for floor protection, the Nyton Series uses high-impact nylon chains to minimize damage to delicate surfaces like epoxy-coated or sealed concrete floors. With set capacities ranging from 0.5 to 40 tons, these rollers are perfect for clean rooms, manufacturing facilities, or environments requiring surface preservation.
• ERS Series: Built for tight vertical spaces, the ERS Series features a low-profile, two-piece design with a detachable swivel for enhanced maneuverability when low clearance is needed. With capacities up to 100 tons in an individual skate, these rollers excel in applications where a low profile is needed to get through low doors, hatches, and elevators.
• Kits and Sets: FT, Nyton, and ERS Series are conveniently packaged in kits (4 rollers, 2 steering handles, and a box) or sets (4 rollers and 2 steering handles).

Industrial Steel Chain Rollers (OT, NT, T, SHD) and Accu-Roll Guides

Hilman’s OT, NT, T, and SHD Series rollers are fabricated from high-strength steel for low rolling friction, durability, and minimal maintenance, with capacities from 1 to 1,000 tons. Steel chain rollers offer the highest capacities in the smallest packages of any heavy load moving technology. This series is easily modified to meet your specific project requirements.

• OT, NT, T, ERF, SHD Series: Fabricated from high-strength steel and offering capacities of 1 to 1,000 tons. The load plates for 37.5 tons and higher capacities undergo a special machining process to minimize side-to-side movement of the chain. The rollers can be mounted in any position, facilitating horizontal, vertical, lateral, or angular movement. These rollers can withstand high static loading over long periods, often carrying the full load weight for more than a year with no adverse effects. Because loads are spread over a wide surface area (contact rolls and load plate), rollers are ideal for many applications requiring the frequent movement of heavy loads.
• OT Series: OVERSIZED TOP has overhang side-to-side and standard bolt-on or welded mounting hole patterns.
• NT Series: NARROW TOP has overhang from front to back and standard bolt-on or welded mounting hole patterns.
• T Series: FLUSH TOP adds extra strength to the frame and offers a variety of mounting capabilities.
• ERF Series: NO TOP PLATE offers lower height and lighter weight.
• SHD Series: With capacities ranging from 100 to 1,000 tons, this series gets big jobs done in a standard roller design.
• Customer Configurations: Hilman’s Industrial Steel Chain Rollers are designed to be easily modified by our extensive toolbox of proven technologies, including ACCU-ROLL guides, guided chains, rockers, turntables, custom mounting plates, cam followers, wipers, and alternate materials. Wheeled Products (Bull Dolly, Omni-Skate, Tri-Glide, Trackmate Rollers)

Hilman’s wheeled products provide versatile solutions for heavy load moving, designed for durability and ease of use in demanding industrial settings. All of our wheeled products offer an option of polyurethane, nylon, or steel wheel material.

• Bull Dolly: Directional wheel-and-axle skates offered in capacities from 1–18 metric tons in individual skates. Like our FT Series, this platform offers three standard swivel/locking tops (padded, diamond, smooth) to meet your project requirements.
• Omni-Skate: Multi-directional skate utilizing multiple wheels per module, spreading the load and allowing fast pivoting. It can be used for support in positions where directional skates won’t work. OMNI-SKATE features a field-replaceable padded top for easy replacement, unlike competitive skates, which have glued pads. In capacities larger than 6 tons, this multi-directional skate is gusseted on the bottom for extra support. Steering handle and alignment bar are sold separately.
• Tri-Glide: Three-point solutions that are sold individually or in kits that range in capacity from 10–160 tons. Swivel fronts offer articulating modules to help account for uneven floors. Kits include a front skate, (2) rear skates, an alignment bar, preload pads, and a steering/towing handle.
• Trackmate Rollers: Equipped with durable wheels with machined-in guides, this is a low-friction design for precise movement along track, such as I-beams or custom rails, ideal for applications requiring controlled linear motion like assembly lines, modular homes, or rail-based transfers. With capacities up to 20 tons in an individual skate and an option for swivel or rigid top, these rollers are compatible with Hilman’s Accu-Roll Guidance Systems for enhanced precision in industrial and manufacturing environments.

Hydraulic Toe Jacks

Hilman’s Hydraulic Toe Jacks offer a range of choices for heavy lifting, with capacities from 5 to 25 tons. Designed for precision, safety, and versatility, these jacks lift heavy equipment for skate placement or general purposes. Hilman provides multiple options to suit diverse applications:

• Toe Jack Pro: Simplicity is the most elegant solution. The Toe Jack Pro offers fast manual operation, low toe clearance, a flat face (for blocking), a removable handle, and optional horizontal operation. The Pro Series is available in 5 (8” stroke) and 10 (9” stroke) ton models. This jack can be used in the vertical or horizontal position.
• Deluxe Toe Jack: Need options? We’ve got you covered! The Deluxe Series offers three toe positions, swivel feet, and a release valve for smooth lowering. Lift with a hydraulic pump or use the two manual jacking speeds. These jacks are offered in 10 and 25 tons. The 25-ton version features wheels for easy movement.
• Deluxe Toe Jack Kit: Want us to provide a complete hydraulic solution? No problem! Hilman Deluxe Toe Jack Kits are sold in 20 or 50-ton capacities. Our Deluxe Kit includes:

Powered Moving Systems

• TK-EVO: Battery-powered machinery mover that excels in moving 40-ton loads with precision and safety. Its low-profile (6.4″ height) and small footprint crawler allow you to access spaces where competitors can’t reach. Skid-steering metal tracks offer durability and a near-zero turning radius, while a 48VDC/60Ah Lithium battery provides 3–5 hours of cordless, emission-free runtime, rechargeable in one hour (220V option available). Sold as a complete package with battery-powered machine skate, two batteries, two rear skates, four preload pads, and an alignment bar. Options include Trilon CP floor-protection pads (FP) and an enclosure that makes storage and transport easy (BOX-R-TKEVO).
• Traksporter: This hydraulic-powered three-point moving system is sold as a complete package featuring the industry’s lowest profile (6.4″ height), smallest footprint (26” x 31”), and remote-controlled crawler. A fully instrumented power unit features a 23hp propane engine and a hydraulic pump that supplies ample power to the crawler through a 30-foot umbilical cord. Traksporter packages are sold in 50, 75, and 100-ton capacity packages that are complete with remote control, rear dollies, an alignment bar, and preload pads.
• Traksporter Deluxe: Upgrade to Hilman’s premier Traksporter package by adding a tow-behind Tool Cart for storing the accessories needed for a successful move. In addition to the BASIC Traksporter package, the Deluxe package includes (2) Deluxe Toe Jack Kits, (2) 30-ton cylinders, (4) steel plates, (4) alignment bars, and (4) plywood pads.
• PowerAttack: An electric-powered, high-performance mover for heavy-duty applications, offering robust load-handling capabilities up to 30 tons, perfect for demanding industrial tasks. Two variable speed ranges allow movement up to 65 feet per minute. Available in both wired (25-ton) and battery-powered (30-ton) versions, this pusher/puller is sold as a package with adapters: ball-hitch, L-bracket for pushing, and a front skate connector. The battery-powered version includes two batteries and a Bluetooth charger.
• Universal Machinery Moving Kits: Our Deluxe and Essential Packages combine PowerAttack, jacking systems, and three-point moving dollies for complete and versatile moving solutions. These kits allow you to move machines up to 20 tons, meeting most heavy moving applications.
• Motorized Roller Systems: Self-propelled steel chain rollers powered by electric or hydraulic motors, designed for repetitive or high-precision tasks, with capacities up to 200 tons. Standard packages can be modified to meet the heaviest load-moving applications. Systems are available with electric or hydraulic motors to meet the user’s preference and environment.
