Prepackaged Kits & Sets

The difference between what a Kit and what a Set of Hilman Rollers is the Kit Box.  Deluxe Riggers Sets come with a box that is used to store the various components of the Set.  The idea here is to keep everything together neat and under lock & key if desired.  Deluxe Riggers Sets always have a ‘K’ in the prefix (KRS or KNRS) to indicate that the Kit Box is included. 

A Riggers Set, for the most part, is a set of 4 equal capacity, swivel top rollers.  Also included are two steering handles.  A Kit Box is not included with Riggers Sets.

Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets are the best way to get a move done quickly.  Easy to store and a wide range of capacities make these rollers popular with riggers, millwrights and machinery installers. 

All Hilman Rollers Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets come with a limited 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Bull Dolly Kits and Sets come with a 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Light Duty Series Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets are available in two capacities and two styles.  Capacities are 3-Ton and 8-Ton and either capacity can be had with a choice of all (4) Swivel-Pad top rollers, or with (2) Swivel-Pad top and (2) Rigid-Pad top rollers.  Deluxe Riggers Kits include kit size handles that fit inside the Kit Box and Riggers Sets get full length 36” Handles.  Kit & Set Capacity Ratings are a combination of all four individual roller capacities.

FT Series Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets are an alternative to the ERS Series Kits & Sets and offer a choice between Padded and Diamond tops.  FT Series Hilman Rollers have the swivel tops built-in to the roller frame.  FT Series Riggers Kits have capacities from 15-Tons to 60-Tons and FT Series Riggers Set capacities range from 15-Tons to 200-Tons.  FT Series Deluxe Riggers Kits get two-part knock-down style handles and Riggers Sets get full length handles.  Kit & Set capacities are a combination of all four individual roller capacities in that particular size kit.

ERS Series Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets are an alternative to the FT Series Kits & Sets and offer a greater degree of versatility and greater capacities.  ERS Series Hilman Rollers are open top style rollers that allow for a removable swivel-top assembly.  Where the FT Series Rollers have the swivel-top permanently attached, the ERS Series Rollers allow users to reduce the overall height of the rollers if needed.  Swivel-top assemblies feature Locks and Diamond top plate.  ERS Series Kits have capacities from 15-Tons to 50-Tons and ERS Riggers Set capacities range from 15-Tons to 400-Tons.  ERS Series Deluxe Riggers Kits get two-part knock-down style handles and Riggers Sets get full length handles.  Kits & Set capacities are a combination of all four individual roller capacities in that particular size kit.

Nyton Series Deluxe Riggers Kits and Riggers Sets are different from the FT, ERS and Light Duty Series Kits & Sets.  Nyton Series Rollers are primarily used on epoxy coated and/or sealed floors where the integrity of the floor is of concern during a move.  The 2-Ton and 4-Ton Nyton Kits come with kit-size handles, just like the Light Duty Kits.  The larger capacity Nyton Kits come with two part knock down style steering Handles, like the FT Series Kits.  Kit & Set capacities are a combination of all four individual roller capacities in that particular size kit.

The Bull Dolly Series is the newest axle and wheel design from Hilman.  Available in Nylon and Polyurethane wheels these dollies not mar concrete, or most other, floors.  Individual capacities up to 6-ton and prepackaged kits with capacities up to 24-tons, these dollies will be used.  Steel wheels are available as well.
